Project Description:
A new Class A office building standing at 395 feet with 25 stories, the third tallest building in Salt Lake City. DesignTeam worked with the owner and architect to establish a building standard shade product that provided employee comfort within the structure and an attractive exterior appearance.
DesignTeam Installed more than 2,730 motorized shades that are timed and controlled by Mecho’s SolarTrac system – providing a scalable, customized, automated shading system that is designed to optimize natural daylight and increase energy efficiency.
